Timo Higgs

Timo is an active DJ and music producer working on remixes and remakes under his Timo Higgs name. He launched his afro house project SHINDWE in 2022 and released first tracks under this name in the end of 2023. Timo is now preparing for his first EP signed by London’s known Aluku Records. He is music producer and lyrics author for this initiative. IAMTHEWAY is his latest collaboration with Dave Bo and it is all about using AI artists in the album inspired by UAE’s multicultural environment. His instrumental electronic dance music UCHANSKI project album was launched in April 2018, with the great support of venues located in all 7 UAE Emirates. In June 2018, the UCHANSKI album was released worldwide by the German record label PearlsForPigs (working with Tokabeatz and Kontor Records. Other than that Timo Higgs's grand launch was also interviewed on Dance FM and Infusion Magazine. In the last few years Timo Higgs produced and released many new songs and remixes , "The Only Thing I Need" with Ray Horton was aired in Dubai and European radio stations, "African Dream" with Kenyan talents Mura K.E and Zoey Kiritu was nominated for Producer of The Year Dubai Dance FM Award. His remakes of "Pretty Woman", "I Love Your Smile" or "Sekele" are played often by DJs worldwide.
