HUDSON

Joel Rothwell known in the DJ world as, HUDSON is a 28yr old up and coming DJ based in UAE. Having played in various countries across the world, Joel has collected a wide range of music genres he likes to use within his renowned mixes. Most known as ‘Are You Joely’, Joel has more recently launched two new projects, one under the name Hudson focused on the Melodic Techno genre, the another called Mummy’s Boy centred around Tech House. Both projects are already grabbing attention on Soundcloud and Spotify. Joels talents go beyond DJ’ing he is also a professionally trained singer songwriter and regularly features his vocals on his own productions. Not to mention, writing for labels such as Defected & Solid Grooves power house - Nightfunk, which debuted at Manchester’s famous ‘Warehouse Project’ whilst supporting FISHER. His wide range of musical taste allows him to hit any brief with a creative approach.
